Sound, Breath & Mindful Connections: finding solace in solitude during the holidays
As the year draws to a close, and the holiday seasons begin to come around, for those who live alone, far away from family and friends, or absent of community, this can bring on a feelings of loneliness.
The session will be held between two rooms, where we hold space for feelings and peace. We will share what we feel, journal, move our bodies, share hugs (not required to participate if you do not wish). There will be offerings of finding joy in solitude while sitting with our feelings.
We will take moments to practice breath work together in mediation, create art interwoven with sound vibration.
Snacks, warm drinks will be provided.

Sound Bath & Self-Care Ritual: a guide to basic self-massage as emotional regulation
Creating a ritual for connecting with self and feeling allows us to find balance and security. Taking time for ourselves mindfully with compassion gives us space to listen to our needs, and feelings.
The session will introduce you to essential oils that are good for supporting stress, bringing calmness, and clarity. We will then flow into a guide how to integrate conscious meditation with message; the focus is on the face, neck, hands, and feet. Finally, participants practice what they have learnt while being bathed in sound vibration.
-No prior experience required.

Meditation & Sound Healing: connection and gratitude
As the year approaches an end, we find comfort in showing gratitude to our indigenous people, our community, and the gift of connecting with others. Make a connection with yourself and others through mindful meditation and sound bath.

Yoga, Breath & Sound: breathing for the nervous system
The session opens with pranayama and yogic breathing to bring stability to the mind while stimulating the vagus nerve. We then flow into 108 surya namaskar, connecting with the body, falling deeper into meditation with each asana, and finally finding rest to be bathed in sound vibrations from sound bowls.
