Sound Bath & Self-Care Ritual: a guide to basic self-massage as emotional regulation

Creating a ritual for connecting with self and feeling allows us to find balance and security. Taking time for ourselves mindfully with compassion gives us space to listen to our needs, and feelings.

The session will introduce you to essential oils that are good for supporting stress, bringing calmness, and clarity. We will then flow into a guide how to integrate conscious meditation with message; the focus is on the face, neck, hands, and feet. Finally, participants practice what they have learnt while being bathed in sound vibration.

-No prior experience required.

• $40 per person includes 1 FL oz bottle of blended body oil.
