Yoga, Breath & Sound: breathing for the nervous system

The session opens with pranayama and yogic breathing to bring stability to the mind while stimulating the vagus nerve. We then flow into 108 surya namaskar, connecting with the body, falling deeper into meditation with each asana, and finally finding rest to be bathed in sound vibrations from sound bowls.
